I’m a regular at the circuit too. The trip to Morocco is a boyhood dream for me right from the start. I plan to work a bit less the coming years and travel further and more often. Until now it was always limited to a week or a fortnight. This will be the first time I travel for 3 weeks. Who knows it’ll be much longer and further in future.
Since 2005 I ride a Kawasaki KLV1000. I’m very happy with it (apart from a few things). The KLV is going towards the 100K mark. I’m really looking forward to this trip to Morocco.
My KLV has a pannier set, higher front windshield, heated grips, crashbar, bashplate, protection for oilcooler and radiator and a headlight protector. Just befor the trip the KLV will get a full service and new tires. I’ll fit new Bridgestone Battewings, a new chain and sprockets and brakepads. This will be my first biketrip outside Europe.
